This tour has it all!! Great for kids and the whole family! Let us take you on a great adventure to the country side of Tecate.
We'll drive for 1 hour among the mountains of Baja, east of Valle de Guadalupe and take you to an amazing private ranch "Rancho Tecate". Once there, a number of different outdoor adventures await you! Try zip lining across the lake, do some hiking and mountain biking, swim or row in a canoe. Full SPA service also available if you just want to disconnect yourself from the world. Get a massage, a facial or hot stone treatment while drinking wine and eating cheese. Lunch is served outdoors so you can enjoy an equestrian show by the Andalusian and Arabian horses. Lunch includes juice cuts of steak and pork on the grill, lots of organic vegetables and amazing desserts. After the outdoor activities and lunch, we will let you try the best craft beer in the region and do some tequila and mezcal tastings. The whole experience can be done in a day but if you want to take it slow, ask about our “Rancho Tecate” overnight stay package.

9:00 am
Pick up from San Diego (location to be determined by customer).
10:00 am
Cross the border into Mexico via Tecate/Campo east of San Diego.
10:30 am
Visit the town of Tecate (main plaza, downtown and cerveceria Tecate).
11:30 am
Arrival at "Rancho Tecate" for a full tour of the facilities.
12:30 pm
Start outdoor adventures. Your chance to try zip lining, horseback riding, canoe rowing, biking, hiking or whatever makes you tick!!
2:30 pm
Lunch outdoors (on the grill with organic vegetables) while enjoying an equestrian show.
4:00 pm
Time to do some tastings of mezcal and tequila from Jalisco and craft beer from the region.

You will be picked up at your location of preference and driven south across the border without having to get out of the transport. Once in Mexico, you will enjoy an easy one hour drive along the Pacific Scenic route towards Ensenada. During whale season you can actually spot a few whales along the way! Sufficient restroom stops if necessary. Once in Ensenada, we’ll go east for ten more minutes into wine country! By 11am you will be enjoying delicious reserve wine from Valle de Guadalupe!
You will visit three boutique wineries with wine tastings included, get a tour of the winemaking process and enjoy a delicious BajaMed, five course, lunch at Finca Altozano by famous chef Javier Plascencia.
This is a private tour aboard a luxury 6-14 passenger van with air conditioning and reclining seats. Only the people from your party will come along in your transport. No strangers! Plenty of legroom and free bottles of drinking water will be provided to each passenger! You are also welcome to bring your own drinks too (no large ice boxes).

Amazing!!!!
Our trip was an absolute blast! Mario did a great job planning our trip and was able to fulfill all of my requests. Our driver, Rene, was so fun and got us everywhere on time. I could not recommend this service enough! Bruma, Bloodlust, and Adobe Gaudelupe wineries were so beautiful and the wine was delicious.

Fun times, no stress
Great tour! It was our first time in Valle de Guadalupe and we were too nervous to drive ourselves into Mexico and figure out how to navigate ourselves around the valley. Great wineries and Rene was a fun guide. I went for my birthday and can’t imagine a better way I could have spent it. I’d recommend the tour to anyone!

Like Spending the Day With Friends
Fabulous! I'm not really a tour person, but this felt more like spending the day with friends. Rene was an amazing driver and guide, he navigated the border so well that we were able to avoid a lot of the traffic. The wineries each had their own unique characteristics and the lunch was spectacular!

The most Amazing trip to Valle De Guadalupe
Mario was amazing from beginning to end. He took us to the best winery’s, restaurants, shopping area, & horseback riding. We felt safe the whole time with Mario driving through the boarder and to all the different winery’s. We stayed at a lovely hotel and enjoyed the warm pool and nighttime dancing to a live band! This trip was the most memorable for me and will be using Mario in the future!!

Perfect wine tasting day
Mario and Rene could not have given us a more perfect day in Valle de Guadalupe! Absolute five star treatment and ability to enjoy the day without having to worry about a thing. We had plenty of time at each winery and they took care of getting our tables, wine, etc. Lunch at Finca Altozano was delicious. Transportation was seamless from San Diego, across the border and back. They even took lots of photos great group photos for us that were sent the following day. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

Valle de Guadalupe Wine ATour
This tour was perfectly organized and executed
The vineyards were selected and visited in a perfect sequence, The accommodations were great and the restaurant at the Ojo Azul was superb. The food and service without peer. The visits to the vineyards were enhanced by our guide, Mario, through his knowledgable comments and briefing.
I recommend this organization for any of the yours they offer. You will not be disappointed.

Great time overnight to Valle de Guadalupe
My son and I wanted to do this trip for awhile. Timing worked out to do the Valle de Guadalupe overnight trip with host Mario.
Mario set us up, taking care of everything.
Over the two days we had great driving, Visited 6 wineries, Ate amazing food, and stayed at wonderful accommodations.
We had a great time with Mario and look forward to doing again in the future.
